Spay And Neuter Kickoff February 2009
You can donate to fix one of our pets and get your name up on our donation board for all to see. It can be a cat or a dog. We need the help to get our animals fixed and hope this will do it for us.

Paws
We continue to give you the opportunity to support our efforts with the purchase of "Paw Prints". Feed a sheltered animal for seven days for $5, 2 days for $2, or 1 day for 1$. Purchases may be made at our building and in the future at local merchants.

We are in great need of newspapers.
If you have any bring them in or just drop off in bin outside the door.
You may also donate to the SPCA by bringing us your recycle.

Our dogs need beds so they don't have to lay on the cold cement floors. Can you find it in your hearts to give a gift of a bed for our furry friends. We would very much appreciate it and we KNOW the dogs would love it even more...Thank you for supporting the S.P.C.A.

Note
Promotions by the Saskatchewan SPCA (SSPCA) do not benefit our local operation.

Did you know?

1. There is no national parent organization that oversees animal shelters.

Your local "Humane Society" or "SPCA" operates independently and is not a chapter or branch of a national organization. The words "Humane Society" and "SPCA" are used just as you would use the word "library." There are many libraries around the country, but they are not necessarily affiliated with one another.

2. Even if every person in Canada adopted a pet today, there would still be thousands of animals without a home. Homeless animals outnumber homeless people at least 5 to 1.

3. Adult animals often make better pets than puppies or kittens.
